FOR BARBERSHOPS
Built for a line that keeps moving.
Most of a barbershop's day is walk-ins, not bookings. RagaSync's queue keeps track of who's next and which barber is handling them, while checkout stays quick enough to keep the chairs turning over.
Walk-in to payout
Simple enough for a one-chair shop, structured enough for a crew.
No forced appointment booking — add a walk-in to the queue, call the next number, and check out in a few taps.
- Add walk-ins straight to a queue with a status of waiting, serving, done, or cancelled — no booking required.
- Every sale is tied to the barber who did the work, with a commission rate carried on the service.
- Ring up a haircut, an add-on service, or a retail product like pomade in the same transaction.
- Take cash, GCash, Maya, card, or bank transfer at the chair, and print a receipt sized for your printer (58/76/80mm).
- Close the register at the end of the shift with an opening/closing cash count, and pull a per-barber commission report.
Is this a fit
Who this is for.
Good fit
- Shops running mostly walk-in traffic that need a fast, no-fuss counter workflow.
- Barbers paid per service who want a clear commission total at closeout.
- Shops that also sell a few retail items (pomade, combs, oils) alongside services.
Not a fit yet
- Shops needing a public online booking page for clients to reserve a slot themselves.
- Shops running salaried or hourly base-wage payroll rather than commission payout.
Questions
Frequently asked.
Do I need to book appointments to use RagaSync?
No. RagaSync has a walk-in queue built for exactly this — add a customer, mark them waiting or being served, and check out when the service is done. Appointments are available too, if you want them.
Can each barber see their own commission?
Yes. Every sale records the staff member who handled it and the commission rate on the service, and the Payroll report totals it per person.
What printer sizes are supported for receipts?
Receipt width is configurable for 58mm, 76mm, or 80mm thermal printers, along with logo, footer text, and copy count.
