FOR SPAS & WELLNESS

Keep the treatment room and the front desk in sync.

Appointments, the therapist assigned, the consumables a treatment uses, and the products you sell afterward all live in the same record — so nothing gets recreated by hand at closing time.

Booking to closeout

Built for how a spa actually schedules and sells.

A service can be linked to the inventory it consumes, so a treatment that uses oils, wax, or single-use supplies deducts that stock the moment it's rung up.

  • Book appointments by date, time, client, service, and assigned therapist — or seat a walk-in directly into the queue.
  • Link a service to the consumable it uses, with a deduction quantity, so treatment supplies stay accounted for automatically.
  • Attribute each service to the therapist who performed it, with a commission rate carried on the sale.
  • Sell retail products — oils, skincare, candles — in the same transaction as a treatment.
  • Keep client profiles with contact details, notes, and visit history for repeat bookings.

Is this a fit

Who this is for.

Good fit

  • Spas that want treatment consumables deducted from stock automatically, not tracked separately.
  • Multi-therapist spas needing per-therapist commission reporting.
  • Spas that sell retail products alongside services.

Not a fit yet

  • Spas needing a client-facing online booking widget for their website.
  • Spas needing multi-ingredient recipe costing per treatment — RagaSync links one inventory item per service, not a full bill-of-materials.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Does a treatment deduct the supplies it uses?

Yes, if the service is linked to an inventory item with a deduction quantity. RagaSync deducts one linked item per service, not a full multi-ingredient recipe.

Can I see how much each therapist earned?

Yes. Sales are attributed to the assigned therapist, and the Payroll report totals commission per person for the period you choose.

Can clients book appointments online?

Not currently. Appointments are entered by staff inside RagaSync; there's no public-facing booking page today.
