How does billing work?

Can the front desk and the dentist see different things?
Yes. Chart and treatment-plan editing is reserved for the dentist role; billing editing is reserved for the front desk role — each role sees the same patient record with access appropriate to it.
RagaCure Dental is under active development. Real document uploads/storage and a permanent Primary Dentition (pediatric) chart are not yet available.
